ABOUT ME

Welcome to my blog!
I am a Panamanian teacher of Spanish as a second language, public translator and young poet.
With over fifteen years in linguistics studies and seven years of experience in community development, I earn two Master’s Degrees: Linguistics (Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris III) and Hispanic Linguistics (University of New Mexico). As a professor, my experience is based in second language teaching of English, Spanish and French for learners from different countries. Nowadays I am Faculty at the French Department in Universidad de Panamá.
About poetry, my first work, "Toccata y Fuga", obtained the 3rd place in 2015 León A. Soto Poetry Award (Municipality of Panama). I am as well passionate about handicraft, fieldtrip, dancing, history, literature, traditional games and sustainable tourism.
